Q. How were the official website and integrated information system built?
In international competitions, it is important to provide an environment where participants and spectators can quickly and easily access information.

Additionally, DJ Family created a homepage popup design for opening ceremony promotion, contributing to elevating the event atmosphere.
Q. How were the AD card and participant management system operated?
In international athletics competitions, participant access control and zone management are essential.
DJ Family handled the entire process of AD card design, production, issuance, and reissuance as a one-stop service.

11 types of designs (VIP, GUEST, STAFF, TIC, etc.)
About 400 cards for athletes, total of 1,400 cards including officials
Strap design and production handled directly

From June 1, stationed at the venue to issue cards
Quick reissuance in case of loss or zone changes
Through this system, participant control and security management were smoothly carried out, and on-site operational efficiency was greatly improved.
